All About Us
JMC Property Solutions was founded in 2018 by Lou and Lisa Crocker after many years of working in the buy to let industry. We are a property developing company that work on property conversions. Our team of creative professionals work with us on each project to create lovely homes for all types of living.  Over the past few years we have completed many residential conversions and created uplifts in value with added planning gains.
Our projects have included, property multi-let conversions, office blocks to flats, refurbishments, new build projects and land developments.
We also work with other Landlords and Investors providing safe beautiful properties for Supported Housing Providers.

JMC Property Solutions is made up of a group of passionate people who are dedicated to making us the best Property Development Company. Exceptionally talented, creative people are at the heart of what makes this such a great company to work with in all your future projects.Â
We have a reliable team of professionals that work with us in the East Midlands, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and the North West of the UK. These include: Architects, Planning Consultants, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Project Managers, Builders, Mentors and Business Coaches, as well as other Property Investors.
We really enjoy teaming up with fellow developers on different projects allowing us to explore more and bigger opportunities.Â
Due to the growth of the business we have successfully raised over £1.8 million in investor finance and paid out over £140k in interest so far .
DIRECTOR
Lou Crocker
Lou has been in the property industry since 2001 starting with buy to lets and working up the ladder to bigger more creative projects.  Her determination and team work spirit comes from a combined 30 years in the Services as a Physical Training Instructor in the RAF, followed by over 20 years in the Fire Service. She has brought a lot of similar skills across to being the CEO of the company, including thinking on her feet at stressful times in a relaxed manner.Â
Her entrepreneurial mind means we are always on our toes working on different projects.
DIRECTOR
Lisa Crocker
Lisa is the person, who is responsible for the day to day running of the business.  She deals with all the managing agents, accounts, systems and procedures. She also runs the families own property portfolio.
Lisa has come from the fitness industry from teaching fitness classes to managing gyms, so she is very customer focus based. She is also use to working in team environments and always super helpful.
BUSINESS PARTNER
Martin Littleboy
Martin is a Property Developer who we have teamed up with on numerous land and developing deals.  He is very experienced in the property industry, owning several HMOs and serviced accommodation properties.  Martin has a great talent of finding potential land deals and also awesome with a spreadsheet! We have a great partnership and enjoy working with each other on different deals.
What We Do
We refurbish/develop properties and we either sell on or retain and rent out.
A few of our many properties in the Derbyshire/Durham area are contracted out to social housing providers and a children’s charity group. We convert commercial space into flats, but also obtain some commercial buildings to keep a varied portfolio alongside our buy to let properties which also includes a Serviced Accommodation Portfolio. We have also Joint Ventured and helped everyday people with their own developments, using our teams and our experience and we are now working with Social Housing Providers to refurbish and develop homes for the high demands of their clients that need homes.

Developments
JMC Property Solutions is a Property Development Company dedicated to creating beautiful homes. Over the years, we have worked on dozens of projects, and we strive to learn from each experience in order to deliver high quality results to future clients. Have a look at some of the projects we’ve worked on in the past year.
The White House, Farnham
A tough project as this started at the beginning of the pandemic 2020.  Fast forward to March 2021 and we successfully redeveloped this house into a home with a new layout and full modernisation inside and out.  At the same time we split the land and obtained planning permission for a 3 bedroom detached house, which was sold, and an additional home built in a matter of months.
Hogarth House, Derbyshire
This was a 5 bedroom house that we turned into a large 8 bedroom HMO property equipped with 5 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner, a spacious living room and outside courtyard, all creating a social space for our tenants. This is let out to 8 tenants.
Artillery House, Farnbrough
JMC Property Solutions have partnered with Silkwood Properties on this challenging shop and office conversion. We have successfully transformed this into 5 modern one bedroom flats.

Serviced Accommodation
With our partnership with Silkwood Properties we have gone into the Serviced Accommodation market, providing flats that are let out to contractors on a nightly basis.
Timeless Shop
Cotmanhay
This project was 2 shops and an upstairs 2 bedroom flat, that we have now converted into 2 flats.  This now creates shops that are let out on a long lease, a 3 bedroom flat, a 4 bedroom maisonette and a 70m2 storage garage.  This building is now all let and bringing in a good monthly return.
Crondall
With this property we have obtained planning permission for another 2 bedroom detached property by splitting the garden. Â After the uplift we have now sold the land to a builder and will also now sell the house separately.
